The Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions team manages the complete application lifecycle, encompassing both initial data processing and transfer credit evaluation. This includes ensuring real-time data sharing between the Student Information System and the document imaging platform, OnBase, alongside routine audit reporting to maintain data integrity.
The team drives continuous process improvement and system modifications by collaborating with UITS on automation initiatives. Core responsibilities include application processing, managing the suspense file, and efficiently processing and posting all incoming transfer credits.
Receipt and processing of application materials for applicants across all IU campuses.
Manage control table maintenance to support the following modules; Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials and Advising.

The Admissions CRM Coordination team supports campuses by facilitating the rollout, establishing best practices, and promoting the sharing of CRM programs.
The Admissions Reporting and Audit team provides campuses with comprehensive support for all operational reporting, manages routine audit reports to identify processing and systematic errors, and delivers both routine and ad hoc data extracts.
This council is formed by directors and representatives on each campus with Molly Vanderpool, University Director of Admissions and Transfer Operations, University Enrollment Services. The council meets the third Thursday of each month.
